After one session with Theresa, the pain level from from 7/10 to 5/10.My second session 2 weeks later, saw it drop again from 5/10 to 3/10. The third visit another fortnight later had me at 1/10. I am aware there is still a slight hint of pain, but have resumed my running and will follow up with some massage. I was also going through a major relationship breakup and was in a hightly emotional state, whereby the healing not only addressed my physical pain, but helped me greatly to move on and regain my self worth.
